Return & Refund Policy

At Leather Apron, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must remain in their original packaging
  • You must provide your order number or purchase receipt

Please note: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized leather aprons
  • Sale and clearance items are clearly marked as 'Sale' on the product page and cannot be returned.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any items back, please contact our customer support team:

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exception: If your item arrives defective or we made an error with your order, we will cover all return shipping expenses. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements. After approval:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

The timeframe for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing policies.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team at support@leatherapron.us or call +1 (469) 553-7429. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

For non-defective items, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your leather apron arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll need:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
