At LeatherApron.us, we craft high-quality leather aprons designed for professionals and enthusiasts. Because some of our aprons are custom-made, our return policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent experience.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your apron.
Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or order number is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Customized or personalized aprons (e.g., with name, logo, or size adjustments) unless defective.
Final sale or clearance items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact our support team.
